Our scope of work for the project encompassed a wide range of specialized MEP services designed to create a modern, safe, and energy-efficient environment for the hotel. We installed state-of-the-art VRF air conditioning systems to provide optimal cooling and comfort throughout the facility, along with fresh air and exhaust systems to maintain superior indoor air quality. A dedicated kitchen exhaust system equipped with a dry scrubber was implemented to ensure safe and hygienic kitchen operations, while specialized cold room solutions guaranteed reliable storage conditions for perishable goods.

In addition to these mechanical systems, our work included comprehensive electrical and plumbing services. Internal and external electrification works were carried out to ensure seamless power distribution and reliable operation of all facilities. Plumbing and sanitary systems were installed to meet the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency, complemented by a sewage treatment plant for sustainable wastewater management. A fully integrated fire alarm system and hot water system were also provided to enhance safety, convenience, and comfort for all hotel occupants.

This holistic and integrated MEP approach ensured that the hotel not only met operational requirements but also benefited from a modern, energy-efficient, and sustainable infrastructure tailored specifically to hospitality needs. By combining innovative technology, skilled workmanship, and meticulous planning, the project delivered a high-performance environment that supports both staff efficiency and guest satisfaction.
